
Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
2 cups hot water
1tsp. PTI Brown mustard seeds
1 tsp. PTI urad dal
1 Onion chopped
2 Green chilli, chopped
¼ cup Shredded coconut
10 curry leaves
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
PTI Pakistani salt powder to taste
Directions:
Heat the oil and splutter the mustard seeds.
Fry the urad dal and curry leaves.
Add the onion and green chilli.
Fry till the onion is translucent.
Add the semolina and fry it till it is light brown.
Add the hot water and salt. Cook on low heat.
When dry, add the coconut, mix and serve.
