
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4 Medium sized
Onions - 2 Large
Garlic - 4 cloves
Ginger - 1/2
PTI Turmeric Powder – 2 tsp.
PTI Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
PTI Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
Bay leaves - 4 - 5
Cooking oil - 3 teaspoons
PTI Pakistani Salt Powder - According to taste
Directions:
Chop the onions, Garlic & Ginger. Grind to a smooth paste with 1 cup of water. Chop the potatoes into reasonably big pieces. Boil them, peel off the skin and set aside. In a pan, fry the bay leaves in oil. Add the ground paste. When the paste starts boiling, add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala & salt. After 10 min. add the boiled potatoes to the paste and mix well. Remove off stove after 10 min.
Add chopped coriander leaves & finely chopped raw onions just before serving.
