Ingredients:

• Potatoes – 4 Medium sized
• Onions – 2 Large
• Garlic – 4 cloves
• Ginger – 1/2
• PTI Turmeric Powder – 2 tsp.
• PTI Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
• PTI Garam Masala Powder – 1 teaspoon
• Bay leaves – 4 – 5
• Cooking oil – 3 teaspoons
• PTI Pakistani Salt Powder – According to taste

Directions:

1. Chop the onions, Garlic & Ginger. Grind to a smooth paste with 1 cup of water. Chop the potatoes into reasonably big pieces. Boil them, peel off the skin and set aside. In a pan, fry the bay leaves in oil. Add the ground paste. When the paste starts boiling, add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala & salt. After 10 min. add the boiled potatoes to the paste and mix well. Remove off stove after 10 min.

2. Add chopped coriander leaves & finely chopped raw onions just before serving.
